How to Join Direct Fresh Produce Delivery!
As a new customer, you should:
1. Read and accept the agreement below
2. Review your delivery options
3. Follow the steps below to get your deliveries going.
- Press the SIGN UP link
- Select your delivery area
- Choose your Delivery Option
- Add available items
- Provide Contact and Payment Information
- Pay
Must read and accept to become a Direct Fresh customer~These are the policies you agree to in order to get the most from your Direct Fresh deliveries.
Direct Fresh makes every effort to assure a perfect delivery, but reserves the necessity to use use substitutions of equal or higher value.
As a Direct Fresh customer, I understand that I am a member of the Direct Fresh information system and I agree to the following terms and conditions:
- I will Leave out my cooler on my day of delivery
- I will pay for all deliveries received
- I agree to donate my delivery if I do not let Direct Fresh know when I am out of town.
- Direct Fresh uses a web-based software program where members have online access to their own accounts, with the
exceptions of changing email addresses or requesting opt outs. You still have the option to pay by check, either by leaving it in the cooler or by mailing to 1330 East Hays, Boise, Idaho 83712.
- Please note: If you elect to set-up automatic payments it is your responsibility to manage this feature in your account. You will be automatically charged whenever your account
level reaches $0. Direct Fresh cannot be held responsible for managing this online customer feature.
- As a Direct Fresh customer, I agree to pay for all deliveries received and keep account information up to date.
- Direct Fresh communicates with its members mainly through email and weekly newsletters. Direct Fresh does not sell or
rent our email list.
- As a Direct Fresh customer, I understand that it is my responsibility to open
and read the emails (including payment notices) so that I stay informed.
If my email address or any other contact information changes, I will
contact jmmcclen@cableone.net or call 208-336-8390.
- I can cancel my membership at any time and I shall notify jmmcclen@cableone.net or call 208-336-8390.
- Upon cancellation I will make my best effort to use up any Direct Fresh balance. If a refund is required, I will
allow up to 30 days to receive it.
- I would like to be a customer of Direct Fresh Produce Delivery and have read and agree to the policies above.
